]]>Get in the Halloween Mood
Creating a spooky atmosphere in your apartment is crucial in getting into the Halloween mood. While you may be unable to alter your apartment permanently, there are still plenty of ways to incorporate Halloween decor. One popular trend for apartment living is utilizing removable wall decals and stickers. These can easily be applied and removed without causing any damage to your walls. Add some eerie bats, ghostly figures, or haunted house scenes to create a chilling ambiance.
Another idea is to focus on more minor details. You can place Halloween-themed candles, spooky figurines, and creepy table centerpieces to add a touch of Halloween magic to your living space. Additionally, consider hanging Halloween-themed curtains or drapes to enhance the atmosphere further.
Activities For the Season in Your City
During Halloween, various local events in Lake Oswego cater to apartment living. These activities provide a thrilling experience while keeping you warm and safe inside. If you prefer a quieter celebration, consider hosting a Halloween movie night with friends or neighbors. Set up a cozy viewing area in your apartment and select a collection of classic horror films or family-friendly Halloween movies. Remember to prepare some spooky snacks and beverages to complete the experience.
Apartment-Friendly Halloween Activities
Halloween can be exciting in an apartment where you embrace apartment-friendly Halloween decor and participate in city events. Engaging in such activities fully immerses yourself in the season's spirit. The little details create a difference, so get creative, have fun, and enjoy a memorable experience in your Kruseway Commons apartment.

Who doesn't look forward to decorating for the fall season? We all love it! While pumpkins are perfect for the Halloween spirit, why not try using them for Thanksgiving too? Read on to explore unique Halloween decorations that will make your Kruseway Commons Apartments excellent throughout the fall!
Our Favorite Fall '21 Trends
One trending fall decor is to exchange your traditional floral arrangements for something with fall colors to bring a rustic feel to your home in line with the season. Try darker colors to easily transition, like orange, red, and yellow, which go a long way. A fun, trendy idea is using pumpkins for vases!
Utilize candleholders in your apartment to supply an ambiance on chilly evenings. Try darker Edison lights, with warm and soft tones. A Fall 2021 trending idea is to transform fresh apples into candleholders; use the long stick candles for a fun Halloween theme, which can also transition perfectly for Thanksgiving!
Another interior decor trend in apartment living is integrating pumpkin patterns on your throw pillows instead of displaying live pumpkins in your living area. Don't let those pumpkins go bad! Use the innards for pumpkin pies and other delicious Thanksgiving treats.
How to Adapt These Trends for Your Apartment
Take a clear or fall-themed vase and fill it with decorative gold acorns. You can then tie a black ribbon around the rim to create a dramatic, spooky look, then replace it with an orange one once Halloween is over. Use the vase as a centerpiece and add an orange table runner to match the theme.

Ghastly ghouls, gruesome goblins, grisly gargoyles; oh my! Halloween is in our midst once again. Let's take a look at four Halloween tablescape ideas to get your Lake Oswego apartment looking spooktacular!
Bowl of Eyeballs
If you're wanting to decorate your Lake Oswego apartments, your tabletops are a great place to start. Peel some green and red grapes for a bowl full of jiggly eyeballs. Put the grapes on a bed of red hots, red M&Ms or red Skittles for a bloody bath.
You can also use opened Oreos, white cream side showing, and put a Skittle or M&M on the white cream to create an eyeball.
Candy Corn
Create a candy corn themed tablescape by using glass jars in varying sizes and filling them with candy corn. Placing a Jack-O-Lantern to one side can offer some more orange to accent the candy corn.
Or, cut out candy corn shaped paper decorations to add to the flair, and top it all off with a white cake decorated with candy corn as the centerpiece.
Creepy Crawlies
Get a bouquet of pure white flowers and place them in a black or dark-colored Halloween vase. Arrange 12 black plastic spiders of varying sizes, two black rubber snakes and two black centipedes on the flowers. The perfect whiteness will provide a striking contrast to the blackness of the creepy crawlies.
Go Simple and Spidery
Simplify your tablescape by using an orange and black decorated tablecloth and place a festive pumpkin on a platter in the center. Arrange pleasant-smelling Halloween candles around the platter and orange and black cupcakes to one side.
Add an element of creepiness by using the simulated spider web material and cover the pumpkin platter and rear wall with the web. Put some black or purple plastic spiders at strategic places throughout the web. You can even put an insect in the web and arrange the spiders as if they're going in for their prey.
